Individual Counselling

Introductory 15-minute consults are always free.

To view my fees-by-service, see my JaneApp. All sessions are 50 minutes. RCCs are GST exempt in British Columbia.

My rates are aligned with the BCACC standard rates for private practice counselling. If cost is ever a factor for you in accessing counselling when you need it, please contact me to discuss options.

I am an approved ICBC vendor. If you have an open claim with ICBC following a car crash, you are eligible for up to 12 counselling sessions in the first 12 weeks following a crash. Please contact me or ICBC for more information.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Credit card payments are processed through the Jane booking system immediately following our appointment. If you require another payment method, please let me know.

Extended health insurance plans may cover the services of an RCC. I do not bill directly at this time. You are responsible for claiming expenses with your insurance provider.

My cancellation policy is 48 hours, except for emergency or sudden illness. No shows or cancellations within 48 hours will be charged at the full rate, at the discretion of the counsellor.

Reduced Rate Counselling

I have limited appointments reserved for reduced rate counselling. These may be available to you if the cost of counselling is a barrier for you and you do not have access to an extended health insurance plan.
