Relationships are deeply meaningful—and often deeply complex. Whether you’re feeling disconnected, caught in repetitive conflicts, or seeking to strengthen your emotional bond, I offer couples counselling that supports both partners in moving toward greater understanding and connection. My work is grounded in a feminist, trauma-informed approach that honours each partner’s lived experience, identity, and emotional landscape.
As a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), I draw on evidence-based frameworks including Internal Family Systems (IFS), the Gottman Method, and Bowen Family Systems Theory to help couples uncover patterns, build emotional safety, and communicate more effectively. Together, we work to shift relational dynamics, repair trust, and deepen intimacy in a way that aligns with your values and unique relationship needs.
While I work with couples from all backgrounds, I have a particular passion and specialization in supporting neurodivergent couples—including those navigating ADHD, autism, or sensory and communication differences—as well as parents of neurodivergent children. These families often experience distinct relational challenges that deserve informed, affirming support. In all cases, I offer a nonjudgmental space where both partners feel seen, heard, and respected.
My counselling style is collaborative and relational. I don’t take sides—I help each of you explore your inner worlds, express your needs, and move forward with more clarity and compassion.
If you’re looking for couples therapy that is inclusive, trauma-informed, and tailored to your unique context, I welcome you to reach out for a free consultation, or book an appointment.
